Mild gamedev take: capped hit chance (i.e, only ever being able to get 95% chance) should be taken out back in video games & stick to tabletop. It just feels bad when you're not actually seeing dice rolls to know that no matter what you have a 5% chance to get a "fuck you" when it matters.
