It's National Rum Day over the pond, so we're celebrating here in Somerset too, especially as our first bottles of Cask Aged Pure Single Rum were added to our webshop recently. Have you tried it? Tell us your tasting notes in the replies.

Did you see that we recently laid down our 100th whisky cask? It's an incredibly exciting time here at our Somerset distillery and this cask is something we're particularly looking forward to sampling, since the new make is made with peated heads and tails.

Another date for your diary - we're thrilled to be at the Midlands Whisky Festival this year! Taking place in Birmingham on the 13th and 14th September, we'll be telling punters about our new make spirits and whiskies (with samples, of course).
