September is National Recovery Month. We're proud to offer substance use treatment services and harm reduction education & supplies to patients. Our approach utilizes a team model & helps everyone achieve the goals they set with support from their healthcare team, as well as their loved ones. 💜

We finally got to welcome our mobile medical unit ("Rolling Thunder") home! Supported by grants from funders, the unit is designed to expand access to healthcare beyond the clinic. In particular, it will be an important access point for people who are unhoused, face transportation barriers & more. 💙
