There are a lot of fun opportunities being bandied about.

I spoke to a person detained by ICE yesterday, and it was heartbreaking. He is the caregiver of a young daughter, works two jobs, has medical issues, and has been in detention for over a month. We must continue to fight for real oversight at these detention facilities.

I just watched the movie Nuremberg. It is unsettling how many lines of commonality this movie and the current situation in the USA have. I encourage you to see for yourselves. Also, the book, 22 Cells in Nuremberg, by Douglas Kelley will be my next non-fiction read.

As we approach 10 pm, more State Troopers have arrived in the streets around the noise demo at the Graduate Hotel. At least a dozen riot police are staging in the Public Safety Building on Washington Ave, entering through the Washington Ave parking ramp on SE Beacon St.
