The Potential of Celeste's movement in deadlock is hard to see if you're not super familiar with the game, so i made a quick video showing a route i've been having fun doing, while also showing just how much easier Celeste's Air Accel and gravity make it

Yeah no i might end up a Celeste main for the movement alone, this is making every braincell in my body go brrrrrrr i love this mobility

So the newest Deadlock hero Celeste for some reason has a lower gravity, and higher air acceleration value than every other character in the game, this not only means that moving around by bhopping is faster than walking, but it also means her base mobility potential is ridiculous. Video example.

Alright because i need to put these thoughts out here, This is My Opinion Thread on Prime 4 I'll start by stating obvious good things about the game, that the OST is classic prime feeling and very strong, and visually, this is the best looking nintendo game *by far* its fucking gorgeous. 1/X

Finished Metroid Prime 4 I Have a....very complicated set of feelings about this game. and a single post won't come close to being enough to get them across, but i'll say this. I'm glad to have played it. for all its flaws, when it shined, it did brightly, and I had SO much fun during those parts.

Final Verse (Quantum 15) down Honestly not sure i'm gonna bother clearing Quantum 40 tbh, quantum 15 was an extremely boring janky fight that was not a fun experience. i like the concept of Quantum though, and don't want to see them abandon the concept just because this fight kinda dooky

With how much i like metroid, its always a quick reminder when sales figures come out that the franchise has always been one of nintendo's smaller ones comparatively. i doubt 1mill was enough to break even on the development cost of this game, but breaking the 1mill mark gives hope for the future

M12S P1 Down I Liked that fight. a lot to pay attention to so even the relatively mechanic light sections still force me to pay attention, and the pace is good. Mad at them doing a door boss again, but i get it to an extent.considering what they did for phase 2 (they should just make a 5th fight)

Metroid Prime 4 has been a very interesting experience When i'm playing the parts that are classic metroid prime gameplay, its some of the genuine best in the series and i'm having so much fun, but its surrounded by annoying and frankly bloat-y design that slogs the experience. very confusing tbh

M11S Down This fight sucks. it reminds me Pandaemonium in the worst ways. overly backloaded, insanely boring for the first 40%, and a frustratingly tight DPS checks that combined with the fights extremely odd snapshots, makes for an overly punishing unfun experience. onto M12S finally.
