I don't understand the military or the chain of command. Like, how many levels of command do you need to tell someone to do something basic? Example: Stargate SG-1. SG team in trouble, running towards the gate. "Dial home! [That's an order!]"

Every time someone shows off their modern car to me, or I drive in one, I really appreciate my 2006 VE Commodore. There's so many things in modern cars that I hate. Swerve detection. Talking voices with personalities. Engine idle stop/start. Difficulty to self repair.

I went to install a dashcam hardwire kit in my VE Commodore. After pulling the glovebox out and realising there's not really enough clearance for the voltage protection pack, I put the glovebox back together and routed the 12V power connector through the rubber trim. I then found two screws lol.
