My first post to Bluesky was a little over a year ago, and it wondered if "this puppy can take off". Apparently, it can and it's happening. In particular, I'm very happy that what feels like a critical mass of hockey people has materialized in the last week or so.

The rule changes made me discover the Champions Hockey League and I must say it is a really enjoyable format and the hockey is very fun to watch. Highly recommended if you haven't already discovered it.

All the news yesterday about women's hockey and today's news about the rules changes in the CHL (www.championshockeyleague.com) brought to mind some work I did last year in using quantifying the value of clearing the puck when on a PK. #woho #PWHL #PHF
