The oldest, most vulnerable individuals in their 70s, 80s and 90s belong to LEOFF 1, PERS 1, and TRS 1 WA State Plans. We’ve been fighting WA State Legislators for 50 years to fully fund 2 plans and in the case of HB 2034 they now want to rob $2.5 Billion from LEOFF 1 plan assets. Unbounded greed.

Lack of accurate government information continues to be a big problem. Fully granting Freedom of Information requests is only 12% now. It was 38% in 2010.
