So @ike.design just found an Eevee outbreak with 15 spawns on his stream, and within like 4 permutations found a permutation that gave two shiny Eevee. I've done over 1900 permutations in the last two months, and found 20 shiny Eevee total. I'm so fucking angry (/lh) LMAOOOOOOO (clip in replies)
