Day 19 HEALTHY. Develop observing, mastering your mind, your ability to: 1. Focus. 2. Visualize 3. Imagine 4. Breathe 5. Use your voice. Did I mention learning a new language? And - Keep Going. Make every move count.

Day 18 HEALTHY: Stay playful. Get a tattoo. Meet a friend for breakfast in a place you have never been. Heighten your awareness by doing things that enhance the exquisite gift of being alive, & inspire others to do same.

Day 17 HEALTHY. Hang out with people with who you feel comfortable, who are okay with your quirky flow. Also - accept imperfection in others as well as yourself. This does not mean you have to associate with them. Let your Light Connect with the other Lights that see you 🌟

DAY 15 HEALTHY. First thing in the morning: Do whatever routine, action, meditation, reading, works to live the day from within yourself. Internal locus, internally powered. I write down my dreams, meditate, drink a glass of water, open all the shades to catch the light descending upon me.

Day 14 HEALTHY. Take back the parts of yourself you have hidden even from yourself in order that they remain intact. Inject lightheartedness, carefree wonder into your day. Embrace this lovely soul that Lives untouched by values some attempt to foist upon you. Choose your friends wisely.

13 HEALTHY. Invisible compliments. Each day a chance to begin again, to solve equations for Beauty. To develop your ability to See the Unseen. The column of Light within each being. The lilt of a branch dipping in the breeze, the wind’s invisible compliment to the trees. Send invisible compliments.

DAY 12 HEALTHY. Strike while the iron is hot. Went to a Paris themed costume party last night. Woke up feeling rejuvenated, encouraged, optimistic. When this happens, stay connected as long as you can with this vibe, do all the creative, fun things. Nurture it, radiate it!

DAY 11 HEALTHY. Grow. I am chairing a meeting as newly elected Vice President this morning. Daily: I am learning another language & painting. Do something every day that takes you out of your comfort zone, something that most people do not do. Napoleon Hill: “A little plus a little equals a lot.”

Day 10 HEALTHY. Right now healthy means going to bed when I say I am going to go to bed. Start with simple things. Keep a chart to check the reality of how often you do what you say you want to do. Not easy, simple. Sleep & start fresh in the morning. Sweet dreams, & write them down in the morning.

Day 9 HEALTHY. To keep silence. One of the 4 Powers of the Magi. No need to tell anyone anything, or answer a question just because it was asked. Restraint is a gift, like a waning crescent moon. Conserve your energy. Master choosing your focus. Stay in your own lane.

Day 8 HEALTHY. Life is short. Get up before anyone else around you. Catch the first rays of light. Hold that Vision. Let the divine light descend. Radiate it when you paint. Share it with your fellow artists and magi.

DAY 7 HEALTHY Get Outside! Each morning I remind myself what I desire to be my focus. Putting Goodness and Beauty into form. Get a haircut. Walk around. Free, outside, feeling the expansiveness of the universe. Allow The Art to tell me what to paint today. Remember that I AM the universe.

Day 6 HEALTHY. Raising The Bar. Where am I focussing? Who, what, where, when, why. Am I living today the way I want to be living? Developing relationships, actions, surroundings. No one is going to do it for me. I can live on a mediocre level, treading water, or I can aim high. How bad do I want it?

HEALTHY. Day 5. Are you unexcited about implementing your Healthy habits? Check: Have you have allowed your life to be hijacked by electronics and externals? Get back into your own body. Shake yourself to release from that spell, take a deep breath, put on some music, make coffee. Going outside now

Day 4 HEALTHY: Your body is your truth. Your body is your best friend, has experienced everything with you since you were born, therefore knows everything about you. An invaluable resource! Ask: What does the body want now?

HEALTHY. What does this mean to me? Day 3: Put myself first. By getting up early to begin the day in my own rhythm. My KEEP GOING! Hold The Vision! Get back on the horse and ride is the Vital Life Force vibe of HEALTHY. Each breath is a new beginning.

HEALTHY: 2025 Word A year of Action Today calls for restraint, staying in my own lane, mastering my voice, knowing when to remain silent. This is Healthy action.

My Word for 2025: HEALTHY Day 1 - What ideas, beliefs, habits would it be healthy for me to shed, to be allowed to be transformed in 2025? I cleaned my back yard gardens & it felt good! Taking ACTION is how “ready” happens.
