Batham's brewery is trialling a new zero alcohol beer in its pubs. The 0.0 per cent version of its bitter is being sold in 500ml bottles. A QR code on the bottles enables the Brierley Hill brewery to get feedback on what customers think of the beer.

An Upper Gornal pub has re-opened under new management. The Mill in Windmill Street is a Holden's Brewery pub. From Monday, March 24 it will open from 4pm Monday to Friday and from 12 noon on Saturdays and Sundays. Initially it is offering Golden Glow, XB and Special on cask.

Holden's Brewery in Woodsetton has launched a new winter beer. Jolly Stag - 4.7 per cent - will feature at the Dudley Winter Ales Fayre and is also on sale at the brewey's chain of pubs in the lead up to Christmas. Holden's Old Ale - 7.2 per cent - will also be ready for 2 December.
