Caspian Gull, 1w, Rhymney Estuary, Cardiff, found during WeBs count this morning. Attached digiscope video clip, admittedly not the best. Bird was seen well in flight and stood amongst Herring Gulls #BirdingWales

Juvenile Garganey now into its third week at Llanishen Res often in the company of Teal, including one in attached photo sporting its emerald green speculum caught in this morning's brilliant sunlight.

While Black-throated Diver and Ring-necked Duck are the current main birding attractions at Llanishen & Lisvane Res, this striking leucistic Black-headed Gull in front of the visitor centre was equally eye-catching today #birdingWales
