We typically report on the most recent cards, but sometimes we revisit older ones. Horn of the Windlord (on the left) has some wonky text formatting; on the right, a version created with hearthcards changing only the text formatting. Don't you think the second version is better?

First post of 2026! Yogg-Saron’s Mythic skin has a mistranslation in Italian. The greeting emote says "I know you for your creations" instead of "I’ve known you since you were born". Sadly, voicelines errors are rarely fixed (see Whitemane's thanks), but let's be optimistic! 🤞

Last post before the holiday break is about Winter Veil greetings, which are very difficult to check due to limited availability. The text of Lady Hazelbark's greeting does not match the audio, and has been this way since at least Christmas 2023. See you in 2026!

First check for Timeways cards italian localization! The Eternal Hold card is (confirmed by Leo Robles on Twitter) a "type of jail" but the italian name can only mean Infinite Wait. Two better names would be Prigione Eterna (Eternal Prison) or Prigione Infinita (Infinite Prison).

In the weekend we found a new error in the Battlegrounds cards: like Prized-Promo Drake from a few weeks ago, + symbols left the Mrglin' Burglar text.

After patch 33.6, there were two localization fixes (and a third bonus) for Battlegrounds. Yay! 🥳 In addition, in this thread we report two new errors in the heroes' voicelines. 1/7 🧵

Salvo pointed out something that had always been right in front of my eyes. The Battlegrounds minion Crater Miner mentions “1 Mana Spell” when the resource is actually Gold.

Taking a break from my commitments to report a localization error in the patch notes. In Italian, it appears that the Mission requirement has been reduced, but in reality it has changed from “play” to “buy.”

After an initial check, yesterday's patch does not appear to have addressed any of our reports. I will update the report sheet as soon as possible, and later I will post a summary on the mini-set localization.

Some good news from the latest patch: in Italian, Felscreamer no longer has Deathrattle instead of Rush 🎉

A new report, thanks to Salvo: Yellowbrow Faelin has at least one English voiceline in the Italian client. Unfortunately, neither of us has this skin. If there are any other wrong voicelines please let us know.

There was a bit of an stir in the Hearthstone twittersphere yesterday after not-native English speakers noticed that their version of Entomologist Toru had a completely different effect from the English version. This included Italian. 1/5 🧵

A localization error for Lost City of Un'Goro, but this time it does not involve a card but the official website. In the Italian web gallery, the name of the expansion is in English.

I have been caught up in some obligations, but I managed to find an error among the Lost City of Un'Goro cards: the Italian version of Ancient Raptor summons plants with Battlecry and not with Deathrattle.

A new Battlegrounds formatting error, this time it's for one of Tavish's Hero Power options. The error repeats even as the numbers increase.

I'm slowly going through the report spreadsheet, hope to make a thread this week. In the meantime, I found a new error: the second choice of Time Management (Battlegrounds' Spell) is missing the + signs.

Patch 32.2 arrives tomorrow, bringing both new cards for Battlegrounds and traditional Hearthstone. Of the latter we know nothing yet, but of the former we can see them on the official gallery. At the moment among the minions I have found only a couple of spacing issues.

Lots of new cards are coming to Hearthstone next week, but in the meantime let's catch up on the localization fixes that came with patch 32.0.3. Being a data-only patch we had to search manually, thanks to Salvo for helping me out with the voicelines. 1/6 🧵

We briefly interrupt our games in the Emerald Dream for a new localization report: the Legacy version of Animal Companion is different from the Standard version. Another small thing: only in Italian “Beast companion” is partially capitalized, in English it is not.

Naralex's Italian title means Herald of the Fly, and is inconsistent with actual Warcraft localization. In Warcraft the term for a Dragonflight is “Stormo dei Draghi” and in Hearthstone we already had Flight of the Bronze. The italian title should be "Araldo degli Stormi".

In anticipation of a review of the latest Hearthstone patch, I report that the text of A Light in the Darkess has been fixed after 565 days since it was first reported 🎉 Unfortunately False Disciple still has the same error that Light had, but hopefully it will be fixed soon.
