Ukrainian anarchist Nestor Makhno with his daughter Elena Mikhnenko (1922–1993) in Paris, 1925. And Elena at Alma-Ata, 7 January, 1946. Exiled to the Dzhambul Region of the Kazakh SSR for five years as "a socially dangerous element", she was released from exile in September, 1950. 🌻
