The real 'two tier' divide in British politics is between the wife of a Conservative councillor calling for refugees to be burnt alive, being treated as a brave 'political prisoner', and the protestors calling for the end of mass starvation and genocide, being treated as domestic terrorists

While this shows the worst of us, this also showed the best. Our wonderful community who has come to together to support the neighbour, the staff at local Nat West who contacted the police, and the London Fire Brigade who made the roof safe & provided a temporary fix. Grateful for you all 🧡

Last night, @lewisham.gov.uk voted to divest its pensions investments away from genocide. This is a huge win for the divest campaign and demonstrates the power of activism. A few months ago, Labour was punishing Cllrs like me for bringing Palestine divestment motions, now it’s voting for them.

Myself & family members have had to use the NHS a lot recently. It's clear it's very broken with delays, mistakes, poor service & inefficiencies at nearly every stage. We should be so angry that the Tories did this to our NHS. We need to invest & rebuild our NHS (1/2)

I don't post controversial things just to get likes. I post about environmental issues, local community stuff, injustices & cats. I'd slowly managed to build up a reasonable following on Twitter (1k+) before it went downhill. It's quite sad starting at 0 again. Any tips for how to build up here?
