This is a bid for nuance and reason. Demand more of your network/friend group/audience than simple stories and even simpler solutions. Have your catchy hook but keep your substance, too. We do not need complexity to show consideration and care in what ideas we spread and how we spread them. ✌️

I think the real issue is this deterministic view that many Democrats seem to have that getting the “right words” is messaging. It is a step, but there are no perfect words, so the brunt of the work is shifting public opinion, not relying on a phrase to do the heavy lifting.
