pleased to report that i’ve lived up to my name today and done precisely nothing.

spent most of my day bickering with, wait for it… michael palin. he’s usually so agreeable, but seems like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed today.

today i’m playing the role of a knight, a village idiot, a frog, a rather incompetent cricket player, a stop sign, and an exhausted actor ( myself. )

still missing george harrison.

me: i just had this great idea for a film! john: oh shut up eric, we’re not making another film. me: well, that wasn’t very hare krishna of you. john: that doesn’t make sense! stop talking!

no plans today other than to enjoy a delightfully lazy sunday.

enjoying some good old english weather! in other words… a totally torrential downpour.

waiting for a python who shall remain nameless to pick me up. suffice it to say he’s very late, and i’m still standing in the street.

have been working since 6am. haven’t stopped for even a moment (until now.) am in dire need of some tea.

incredibly sleepy. but there’s writing to be done!

been handing out signed coconuts for the last thirty minutes. some with my own name, some with character names… just to keep things entertaining.

having big hair does help with the work side of things, actually. i rarely need a wig when i have to play a lady! well, that’s high praise. and i’m grateful! glad to have been of service.

got falsely accused of picking my nose during a writing session, while t.j was ACTUALLY picking his nose right next to the person accusing me. i hate it here.

curled up in bed with my two furry foot-warmers (cats.) g’night, everyone.

got a rotten headache. wondering if sitting outside now it’s finally sunny will fix it or make it worse. might just hibernate in my bedroom for a few hours.

have to get up early. feels terrible, especially when saturday lie-ins are one of the best parts of the week. ( 🥲 )

missing george! and on an unrelated note, there’s a moth in my bedroom that i’ve only just noticed. too tired to get rid of it, will just have to hope it doesn’t land on my face while i’m sleeping.

went to the shops with the other pythons, we amused ourselves while walking along by trying to shove each other off the path. a little old lady called us idiots, which of course, only made us laugh even more.

calmed down considerably, and changing the pace by re-reading one of his favourite books.
