I welcome the recent announcement of @fabtcg.com of the Singleton, 100 card deck CC format. I think this will drastically reduce the consistency and NPE experience power cards. I also welcome the ability to play my hero card as an ally on the table, so that I can tap my hero to attack for 4.

I continue to distract myself from finishing my spearhead this time with a bust. Well I should say the whole spearhead is getting the same skin as the bust. The real thing I can’t decide is whether to add some pink to the models or whether to double down on the stoney grey aesthetic with blues.

Battlegrounds look amazing #fabtcg continues to smash things out of the park. Participation tournament packs as well! I guess the only concern is that tickets for those events will sell out super fast unless you have a mega store. Like dark sphere in London could do 100+ but how many others can?

So I haven’t been able to eat most nightshades, like tomatoes, bell peppers, etc. for a while, but chili was always fine. Though now it looks like I will have to give up chili. Thankfully it looks like potatoes are fine for now. Completely different type of irritants. Lol I’m so washed.

Apparently for the weekend this works even if you are blocking with a 6 power. Unsure exactly why, either it was misprinted, or the judges ruled it wrong and it would cause too much confusion to correct it. Unsure for now. Maybe an errata but would be a weird call after skyward serenade was left

So I mean it looks like some solid reprints are coming. I am happy, I think this is a great move by LSS, and I expect these are the test cards before they actually move on to other key staples like CnC. #fabtcg Warmongers just became affordable for a lot of people.

To follow on the idea that FAB spend has increased consider this. In many older sets, like outsiders, there was a very tight pool of cards you needed to play one of the classes in a set. But the trend recently is towards draft friendly set spanning themes like Pirate. 1/3

Look I’ve been pretty clear the whole wrestling theme and “hat set” vibes coming out of super slam aren’t for me. But I am still enjoying seeing the new mechanics, and the experimentation with intellect etc that we are seeing. #fabtcg designers constantly try to push the framework to new limits

Inspiration from #Ds9, and using #Chatgpt to plan my #Wh40k Navy Breachers Kill Team. I continue to be impressed by how the AI is developing, in its ability to take what I say, visualise it, and then apply it to a model. Still will have to do a test model, but this shows me I like the concept
