Been noodling away on this for ages and wanted to get it finished so I can start new things :)

Just wanted to share some favourites that I have had permission to share from previous prototype works! Had so much sun working on these.

Last Friday was my last day at Media Molecule... The urge to learn some new skills that don't involve (entirely) being sat at a desk has been strong. I'm open to smaller, short term projects around my new personal stuff so feel free to reach out if you have anything cool going on. :)

Blockout finished. Time to finish it off with a bit of sculpting! I always take my blockouts as far as I can in Blender and only do the fial touch ups in Zbrush.

Character artists avert your eyes. Haven't made anything remotely close to a character in 10 years! Yikes! Having fun though!

Love making water <3

One of my favourite things about 3D Coat is the Projection feature. I can take a screenshot of my mesh in 3D, and then overpaint it with my brushes in Photoshop and reproject it to my model. It's an awesome way of handpainting a complex unwrap with awkward seams. Highly recommend!
