We were in our kitchen, making mini blueberry pies, when my husband hollered “Is that a bird?? Come look!”. So I verified that it was indeed a very large bird in our backyard. The Merlin bird app confirmed that it heard a Red-Shouldered Hawk in the area. Beautiful bird. Wish I had taken a picture!
