1st day back at work. 231 emails, not a bad effort for 5 days off. My goal is to get it below 100 by the end of the day. I'm leaving on time today, so whatever gets done gets done. My main priority today is sort everything for action next week.

Last day of leave. Went for a bike ride. Got swooped again. I think I'll have to pick an alternate path until swooping season is over. Went for some me time too. I needed today to recharge after the getaway.

And HOME! I'm exhausted from driving. That last 2.5hr stretch was hard. Now to unpack and veg out once the kids go to bed.

Finished up at the cabin and exploring the Great Ocean Road as we make our way back home. But not before a visit to Timboon and sample the fine ice-cream.

My youngest is still awake. It's nearly 11pm. This is what I get for forgetting his melatonin.

Off on holiday! Geared up for a 2 night stay in Port Campbell! Had an adventure getting here but we made it. Nice little cabin for the 4 of us and the dog. Trying to find food here after 8pm is a serious issue though. I begged at the local restaurant and got something.

My road rash from yesterday. I've given it a good clean with soap and water. Giving it some air for a bit. I've marked it sensitive in case people are sensitive to blood.

Just got back from a 45min bike ride with my eldest. It was nice. He did a great job, but I think he's pretty tired now lol.

I've been really lax with my diet lately. Extra snacking, more sugar than usual, over eating. I think alot was stress from work. I haven't put on any weight, I'm maintaining which is good, but I'm still not at my goal weight. I've got about another 5kg to lose.

Then we went to the dog park. Darling wife with the dog and I went with the kids to the playground and skatepark. I was riding the scooter back to the car and the wheel got suck in a crack in the cement. Had a spectacular stack and now my elbow has some impressive road rash.

Went for 2 bike rides today. 1. With my youngest to 2 different parks and home again. 2. With my eldest to the local shopping centre and back. Had a coffee and a milkshake.

Day 2. Had a much more chilled day today. Took the kids to school (last day of term). Had coffee. Went home and tidied before the cleaner came. Went to some camping stores. Came home and started installing linux on an old laptop. Now going to have pizza for dinner and stay in.

Went for a daytrip with my wife to the Dandenongs. It was sooo nice!

Morning all! It's the first day of my annual leave! Took the kids to school and let my darling wife sleep in (She's having an arthritis flare, and it's a bad one). Not sure what to do with myself now. Just chilling atm. Maybe I'll make myself a coffee?

Well today was a completely shitful day at work. Glad I'm on annual leave for the next week!

Last day at work before my leave for a week and I have like 3 days worth of work to do. FML.

Feeling it harder to concentrate on things atm. Doesn't help when multiple things happen at once. I'm trying to block out other things and focus on my own work.

Feeling off today. Having a hard time figuring out what I'm feeling. I know from history this is usually how I feel before going up. I need to keep an eye on my irritability. Watching out for paranoia or hypersexuality.

Back at work on a Monday morning. Beautiful weather outside. Trying to make up a training package for my helper that'll be starting on Monday. I'm on leave from thursday until Wednesday so no I'll miss their first day, but they will start in production first anyway.

No rubdown for me. Family time instead. Went for a family bike ride. Beautiful weather and a stop at a cafe. Now having 'me' time. I think I'll be ready for the week ahead after a successful weekend.

Not going to squeak tonight. I went last year and it was fun, but not really my scene. Hoping to go to the sunday rub down tomorrow though.

Had a fabulous time at the Melbourne rubber competition last night. My wife even came with me! Congratulations to the winner. All the competitors were amazing. It was wonderful to see so many rubbery people in one place.

Work is a bit quieter today. I might actually get a breather to catch up. I'm hoping I'm ok to go to the comp today, I'm so sad I missed the rest of the week.

Was gonna do some more work once I got home but I didn't count on it taking TWO HOURS to get home so...fuck it. Schnitz for dinner and getting the kids into bed as early as possible so I can recharge.

Lunchtime and I'm still wrecked. No going out again tonight because I'm so fucked. I'm missing all of slick week because of this work stress and it's pissing me off. I'm going out Friday night at the very least.

Morning all. I'm SO fucking tired today. Like my head feels so heavy. I have so much shit to do. Struggling to focus. I'm putting my loops in today to try and focus. Oh and its RU Ok day today. Hooray.

She's really happy with me! No changes to meds. See her again in December!

Sadly, I'm not going to newbie night tonight. I'm absolutely wrecked, I can barely think. Even the thought of socialising is giving me a big "nope". I really wanted an excuse to get all shiny and meet new people, but I'm so fucked from work stress I don't have it in me tonight.

Came home from work and flopped on the bed. Mr fluffy immediately lay on my back and hasn't moved. Must have known I'm feeling shite.

Another day. Stress is just a daily thing for me recently. Trying to focus on one thing at a time.

Stayed over at my parents place last night as a father's Day surprise for my dad. I really enjoyed it. Slept like crap but it was still nice to spend time with him and mum. I got some nice father's Day pressies too. A dressing gown, photo frame, money box and headphones. Now I'm having me time.

After a shite week at work I'm out on a Friday night with my darling wife. Went to a pub! Had a steak! Got loukoumades! I needed that.

Another stressful day. This just feels never ending. I have 2 things that absolutely MUST be done today. If I don't finish them at work, I'll have to finish them at home before logging off. Can't wait to see the end of this week.

Daily work stress staying at work. I've had my bitch and moan about it. Now I just wanna eat my schnitz wrap, get the kids to bed so I can binge play Diablo 3 on the switch for 45mins before it's my bedtime. What an exciting life I lead.

Buzzy brain this morning. And stress all day as everything is "urgent". I'm absolutely not keeping up. Wearing my loops to try and drown out everyone else's bullshit in the office so I can focus and shit done.

Spring is already bringing some more energy. I can feel the strings of agitation starting to vibrate. Nothing bad, just noticing.

Feeling a bit buzzy after a stressful day. At the shops now and people are starting to look familiar. Feeling a bit paranoid atm.

Eugh. I'm stressed today. I planned out my work for the week yesterday so I can knock off a bunch of things that are overdue. Struggling to keep up because I'm getting interrupted. I've been wearing my loops which is helping, but maybe I need to switch to music earbuds and just zone in.

I'm not a top, but I'd switch to lock a subby boi in one of these and tease them mercilessly!

Today is a day of housework, chores and resetting the house for the week ahead. Got to have some me time today too. I really need a couple of hours on the weekend to mentally reset. Journal, get anything out of my head that needs to get out.

I'm flippin all over the place today. First I was tired and feeling flat. Then I'm pissed off. Then I'm horny as fuck. Now I'm tired and flat again. Make up your mind!

Another busy day. Catching up on stuff i haven't done for ages because I'm prioritising urgent things. So today, priority things are no longer a priority because priorities have changed. But the things that were a priority are still a priority. When everything is urgent, nothing is urgent.

Starting to feel buzzy this afternoon/evening. Maybe the oversleeping? Maybe the stress of the day, trying to squeeze everything in? Dunno. But I'm just going to ride this and let my meds keep me from going too far out. I need to go in early tomorrow morning to make up for today. #bipolar

Slept through my alarm this morning so ended up 2hrs late. Then had my teams with HR for another hour. So I'm down 3 hrs of my work for the day. Hows your day going?

Happy Tuesday everyone! I'm tired AF. I've got a sinus headache. I need to have a meeting with HR (not bad, talking about how I need more support). And the usual million daily things to do.

I also need to really focus on my diet this week. I've fallen off the wagon these last 2 weeks and it isn't helping me.
