Do you ever say exactly how you're *really* feeling and what you're really thinking? If you're feeling stuck or frustrated, try it. Journal it if you don't have someone willing to listen. Once it's out you'll be in such a better position to look at it objectively and take effective action instead.

G'day gays! If you decide "I am able to respond to anything and everything that occurs within and outside of me", you are now more free and empowered to take action. If you are currently at "I am not able to respond to any of this" then you are completely powerless.
