Paws and Prose: Vanity Press Disguised as a Children’s Competition Nearly fifteen years ago, I was in college. This is not the same as college in America. Back when I was in college, it was optional but is now one of the mandatory decisions 16-18 year olds have to choose. It prepares students, either to move onto university, or to enter a job they desire through vocational training.
