Brother dragged me to see Gundam in theaters last night, and I've wanted to attempt drawing Akatsuki from Iron-Blooded Orphans since lol.

Technically, Jazz knows Inklish and Octarian and often uses the latter for swearing. Nobi mostly knows Inklish and actually isn't too fluent in Octarian as it was hardly taught to him. Juniper only knows Inklish as her parents (mom especially) weren't fond of their background.

Jazz doesn't like talking about her feelings, and it's hard for her to open up often. Nobi doesn't like talking about negative aspects of anything, whether it be his past full of bullying or a rough Turf War loss. Juniper doesn't open up about her feelings or her family connections.

Jazz is very far from her home by living in Splatsville, so she calls her parents often to avoid missing them too much and getting depressed. Nobi's fine anywhere, and doesn't really get homesick. Juniper feels like she doesn't belong at home, so she doesn't miss it.

Another one that evolves :3 1st is Vaaski (Normal), which evolves into Vaaniti (Normal/Fairy) at level 20. Bred to have more luscious fur with each generation, sometimes they can't see past this thick fur. They enjoy rolling around in grassy fields.

Envisioning Jazz with a 'superbly attractive, awesome, red-curly-haired' human-sona that definitely has a plethora of superpowers cuz of the human-era anime she consumes lmao.

Another critter :3 This is Ponchisme, a Normal type. It loves mimicking human speech, and seems strangely aware of what is and is not a secret to be kept. It loves snatching food from people with its prehensile tail, and it will often share its spoils with Niniku.

One of my fave critters lol. 1st is Skwidmini (Water/Poison), which evolves w/ high friendship into Skwidmotyz (Psychic/Poison). Their inky capes are toxins absorbed from residing in dirty waters. At night, Skwidmotyz are known to wander and hum; their humming can hypnotize those around it.

Le 'nother creature :3 This is Songhund, a Ghost type. It wanders around, humming mournful melodies. It resides in secluded forests and abandoned homes, which make its sorrowful singing all the more eerie.

Jazz and Nobi both make a bit in Turf Wars and working at Grizzco, but both will spend a lot on silly little things (Jazz [cough cough me] might have a gambling problem lol). Juniper just borrows money from people, mostly from Alex (an Octo I've yet to draw who's her only true friend + boyfriend).

Another evolving one :3 1st is Eppiwi (Normal type), which evolves into Eppondra (Normal/Psychic) at level 35. Eppiwi are pretty rare; they avoid people that might try to hurt them. Both are highly intelligent creatures, and it's said Eppondra can sense everything past, present and future.

Another creature, one that was hard to both design and name lol. Ameleta, a Normal/Flying type. It spreads out the fur on its shoulders and chest to form something like a patagium. It can wrap itself up in its tail, which it stores a bit of electricity in to shock potential predators.

Finally, one that evolves lol. 1st is Vivinu, which evolves into Vivilla with high friendship. Both are playful characters with long luscious fur that requires a lot of pampering. They're very friendly and full of energy, though can be a bit yappy lol.

(Prob gonna be like 1-2 of these per day til I run out lmao) This is Niniku, a Normal/Dark type. In the daytime, it's a scavenger that occasionally finds its way into houses and businesses. By night, it becomes a feral creature that's pretty destructive.

Ykw, have another creature while I figure out shinies for a buncha the others I got. This is Pearladia, a Water/Fairy type. It's kinda shy, and prefers being away from the shores. The prehensile tentacle on its head is almost always holding a pearl (or at least some shiny object).

I'd said 'Fakemon versions of some friends characters' so... This is Lokitsu, a Fairy Type. Its long fur is incredibly soft and sought after by collectors. The mon itself is a sweet creature that is often seen in beauty competitions. It uses its big ears to get around cuz it can't see too well lol.

Jazz doesn't really do anything special, but will celebrate w/ friends if they're/she's available Nobi plans the party, and tries staying up til midnight but will pass out by 9 lol. Juniper doesn't do anything at all; she gets grumpy and reclusive during holidays especially.

Next year or smth, I should prob finally get to tryna push out the Fakemon I've made over the years w/ my lil bro cuz I like the way some of them look, but at the same time I'm terribly unsure...

Not too much with Jazz or Nobi (either will just dress up however, though Jazz will be concerned over her appearance with certain people), but Juniper especially needs to be viewed as someone not to be messed with (and ofc she needs to hide her heterochromatic eyes, or she'll panic).

Jazz's worst enemy is probably herself/her self doubts, which is where a character I called Bly comes in; he's a dude who broke her heart, and was written as a manifestation of my own self doubts. Nobi does dislike some people, but is unsure if he'd call them 'enemies', even though they dislike him.

Jazz is ultimately just me, so I'm unsure about her. Nobi's also kinda another fraction of myself, but he's super extroverted and chatty; Jazz gets along with him provided she can chill him out if he gets too hyper, so it'd probably be easy for me to get along with him.

Both Jazz and Nobi have dark-blue eyes cuz I'm unoriginal lol. Nori and Marin have dark-blue eyes, too, though Marin's is meant to be slightly lighter with a tinge of teal. Juniper has heterochromia, and has one red eye and one white. She's very self-conscious about it, so she hides it.

Jazz would ask for candy or plushes (plushies reign supreme for me, so they do the same for her lol). Nobi would also ask for candy, but will also enjoy almost any toy or book. Juniper would ask for money (or if she's feeling angy at someone, the permission to punch that someone in the face).

Jazz Juniper Nobi Nori and Marin are Jazz's future kids so they don't have a determined age compared to everyone else, but Nori is a little over a year older than Marin, which makes him the youngest of the 5.

Thought it was time to redo the ol comm sheet graphics lol. Most prices remain the same, but now bg prices vary on complexity (but will most likely not go over 5 additional bucks anyway) and additional character prices are slightly raised and lowered for color and sketch pieces respectively. (1/3)

Ig only one of my OCs had people crushing on them canonically, and it's Nobi. Although, after mentioning that he's aroace, the crushes typically leave completely. The only one that's really stuck around was Jazz.
