kept seeing those ads for dried toppings to add to ramen and decided to make my own. carrots, green beans, peas, corn and water chestnuts

New cookie recipe today. I was thinking of adding mini chips to Russian tea cakes, but this recipe is similar and they are definitely good. Personally, I think they will be better with less chocolate though. Blasphemy, I know!

New recipe try: Beer Bread. It smells fantastic and I can't wait to try it! Reminds me of good biscuits from a good fried chicken place.

Today's recipe: Spam Fried Rice Heat pan over med and cook some chopped onion and veggies in oil and sesame oil. Meanwhile, brown cubed spam in another pan then add to veggies. Add hot, pre-cooked rice and mix in a good amount of soy sauce. Once mixed well, it's done.

THIS is why I started flower seeds awhile back. Flowers indoors bring a little joy to winter.

Rosati's has some awesome garlic butter so we tried to copy it. We think they used a margarine or blend though. This got close. Use it on breadsticks melted, spread on French bread and broil to make awesome garlic bread, or just add it to your mashed potatoes.

Something my mom would make and save leftover for my hubby and it became a favorite. He likes to make a sandwich out of it.

Wasn't using the rye bread fast enough so I made croutons. Oven to 400° spread out on cookie sheet, drizzle with oil mixed with garlic powder and S&P toss. Cook 30 minutes give or take tossing every 10 minutes adding more oil if needed until desired results. 👍

Was curious so I bought a 16 bean soup mix at Aldi and made this recipe, modified. Add the cooked pasta, cheese and fresh basil if you like. It's good on It's own, granted I cooked it all day. Flavors were not well blended enough on her timetable.

Krispie treats are easy and delish. It helps that I use a whole stick of butter and non-stick spray the pot and spoonula
