We are sad to report that voice actor James Carter Cathcart has passed away at age 71. He worked on many productions, including Pokemon, where he voiced Gary Oak, James, Meowth, & Professor Oak. The Sonic community would know him as the voice of Vector in Sonic X & Shadow the Hedgehog.
