I got the camera slider up and working. Only needed to buy a battery for it, a shutter release cable, a camera screw adapter, and 3d print a stabilizer for my tripod, but now I can make fun videos like this!

I picked up this Facebook Portal TV device from the thrift but it didn't come with a remote. I was able to get it working using my TV's remote over HDMI-CEC but after a factory reset it's adamant about pairing the real remote. Think I might be SOL.
