Happy Sunday! More up-and-down hills, more delicious meals, more trams! So far, we're very fortunate: barely a sprinkle yesterday despite an 80% rain forecast, but lots of sun and blue skies!

Totally exhausted but successful! Hello, Lisbon! We were very fortunate, covering roughly 4500 miles with no delays! Now a hot shower and choosing one of many restaurants in our home away from home 🏠.

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” In this case, the first step is the A/B Bus to Denver International Airport. Afterwards, 7,700 kilometers (4,785 miles) to go! ✈️🇵🇹

Every year, my neighbor's Halloween decorations get bigger! This year, they lit up the house at night. In a week, Theo and McT will dress as a lion and a slasher character for our holiday photo! #Halloween #dogs

A staycation day in downtown Boulder, it was perfect autumn day to be out.

Theo thought we were going to the lake, so it was a passive-aggressive ride home after the groomer. 🐶🤪

Autumn Coot Lake loops are speeding up as the sun sets early now. Shut off the work computer, grab the dogs, and rush out the door. I'm grateful it's just a 10-minute drive from home. Enjoy!

Coot Lake in Boulder, Colorado was looking magical Tuesday at sunset. The pups and myself, had a great time.

I have not posted here for awhile, seems like I’m invisible on BSKY. Anyway, headed to Boulder Rez after work with Theo 🐶 and enjoyed an amazing rainbow 🌈

Earlier the colors were sepia-toned like old photos, but for the last 10 minutes before the sun went down over Coot Lake, I got a golden-red colors that made our rainy walk worthwhile.

It’s been rainy and cooler temperatures ever since Saturday, so Theo 🐶 was pretty bored only going for walks. After an afternoon shower, the sun came out and we rushed out to Twin Lakes.

This Memorial weekend I got to be a tour guide again. Enjoyed showing off; Into the Wind, Avanti, Farmers Market, Dushanbe, and so much more.

I actually wish I was still traveling abroad, but nice to be back home with Theo 🐶, the Farmers Market, making my own meals, and seeing old friends (Mario).

Hanoi to NRT. I had a 10 hour layover at Narita, so I planned a quick train ride to Tokyo proper. But I was having health issues so I napped in NRT before the 10 hour flight home. Colorado was still getting snow above 7000 feet, a nice greeting to enjoy, fresh snow capped mountains!

Such a wonderful city to enjoy. Hanoi is amazing!

I had to visit Train Street one more time.

I will miss Da Nang!

Saying goodbye to Da Nang! Most likely saying goodbye to Vietnam 🇻🇳 forever. I’m not sure if I have another SE Asia trip in me. My next trip is in November and that will be Portugal. In 2026 if my health is good, I would like to go back to Italy.

Location was great, My Kye Beach was just minutes away from Mandila Beach Hotel.

After 4 nights in Hong Kong, headed back to Vietnam, but instead of going back to Hanoi, I went to Danang. The price was right, got a beautiful room at Mandila Beach Hotel.

I live in a small town in Colorado, right outside of Boulder. So this is always amazing to me

I think like 2 people see me here on Blue Sky, maybe 5 on Twitter. Time to vacation, first stop, Vietnam. Next stop, Hong Kong!

Every journey starts with that first step. Oh wait, I meant, every journey starts with that A/B bus ride from Boulder to Denver International Airport. Next stop, Narita, Japan! But only long enough to stretch, eat, use a bidet, then board the next plane.

Cabin fever set in pretty quickly during our 48 hours of snow and rain shenanigans. Temps felt warmer than the thermometer claimed , so we got a quick loop in at Coot.
