#WitchSky How do you protect your energy witches? I ask this because I work in healthcare and am surrounded by those in very difficult situations all day long. What works best for you? Crystals, spell jars, candles, setting intentions, or something else entirely? Yesterday was very draining.

Some Thoughts 8 of 8 Connection is not a commodity. It’s a practice. And love, however we define or shape it, is not about filling a void, but showing up to it. Fully. Tenderly. Without armor. That’s where the real courage is. That’s where we find our way back to each other.

Some Thoughts 7 of 8 I don’t have answers. But I do believe this: healing won’t come from more noise. It will come from sitting with the hard things. From asking the uncomfortable questions. From choosing each other, intentionally, bravely, imperfectly. Over and over again.

Some Thoughts 6 of 8 We’re told we can “have it all.” But what if “all” isn’t the goal? What if what we really need is enough? Enough love to quiet the ache. Enough truth to feel safe. Enough belonging to be messy and still held. We don’t need perfect, we need present.

Some Thoughts 5 of 8 Still, the bigger question haunts me: What is it that we are really missing? Empathy? Spirituality? Deep, old-fashioned friendship? A feeling of being seen, fully, without shrinking? Maybe it’s all of the above. Maybe we’ve confused access for intimacy. And we’re starving.

Some Thoughts 4 of 8 I’ve found myself, quietly, curiously, exploring the merits of polyamory. Not as rebellion. Not as novelty. But as an honest question: What if love isn’t scarce? What if it’s not about more sex or more partners, but more courage, more presence, more truth?

Some Thoughts 3 of 8 And then there’s this question that won’t leave me alone: Is polyamory a response to this condition? Are we expanding the shape of love because we’re desperate to feel more of it? Or because we no longer believe one relationship can hold all the weight we’ve been carrying?

Some Thoughts 2/8 I’ve been sitting with this idea lately. Not solving it. Just holding space for it. A strange cultural twist keeps whispering: Maybe we were never taught to be truly known. We crave closeness, but fear the cost of vulnerability. We hide behind speed, efficiency, and performance.

Some Thoughts 1 of 8 We are the most connected generation in history, and among the loneliest. Wi-Fi strong, hearts fragile. We scroll through curated intimacy, double-tap approval, and still ache for something real. It’s not just loneliness, it’s disconnection. And it runs deep.
