Got an email from SLT saying I could have a bit of staff meeting to talk about RE, 30 minutes max. The word MAXIMUM was in capital letters. They know me so well. #TeamRE

I had to go through the nativity story with my Year 5s in RE today. I started by saying, 'Right, I'll try and get through this without too many tangents.' When I finished, one of my girls showed me a tally chart of how many tangents I went off on. Apparently, it was 13! #TeamRE

This was a great lesson. We've been thinking about inspirational people, so for this one, I flipped it on its head, and we looked out how people are inspired by their faith. Great resource from @natre-update.bsky.social to provide the case studies for my year 5s. #TeamRE
