Threaten them now before they recover and impose peace on our continent. With Trump, we either wait for a regime change in three years or we decouple from a Nazi state and reissue our beliefs in human rights and the belief of self determinatio

I would suggest our leaders tell Trump if he occupies Greenland we respond by declaring a flight free zone over Ukraine and attack Russian assets threatening our peace. After five years of blood and treasure, the Russians are exhausted.

Donald Trump seeks to destroy those obligations and divide the planet into three zones. The European zone sees conflict between Russia and democratic Europeans. We have a choice with Trump. We accept his dictatorship or we fight for our freedom and right to choose our way of life.

For the second half of my proffesonal career I worked in geo politics and conflict resolution. All was structured within the rules of the post Second World War accords. We didn’t always succeed but our aims were the prevention of killing.

Very best wishes for the new year. My wish for 2026 is England win the World Cup and on receiving the trophy, Harry Kane our captain shoves Trump off the stage and declares “winners only” and gives the finger to the ICE goons in the crowd.

As a European I’m asked to spend thousands of dollars to watch England in the World Cup, while being refused entry to the USA for believing Trump is a fascist asshole. Hmm a country that has 50,000 murders each year should not let their killers come to Europe?

Watching the stupidity of the signing in Washington between Rwanda and Democratic of Congo. This conflict has been going on for @ 50 years. Che Guevara fought there! This is an ethnic fight fuelled by mineral resources. All the gangster Trump wants is a piece of the action.

Trump says World Cup matches might have to be relocated for unsafe cities in the USA. Given there are more guns than humans there, perhaps the safety of all teams and fans would be to cancel the USA matches and move to Canada and Mexico.

Is Nigel Farage a racist? Here in France he backs them. At the the last Presidential election he considered Le Pen too left wing and supported Eric Zemmour who was convicted of racism, not once but twice in 2011 and 2018. He appealed those convictions to the ECHR (the irony eh Farage?) and lost.

Trump wants the Europeans and nato members to stop buying Russian oil before sanctioning the mass murderer. He might start with a discussion with his mates in Hungary, Slovakia and Turkey. Perhaps we should treat Russian oil akin to blood diamonds.
