Finished Nier: Automata today. The game was nothing what I expected it would be, and the journey was one that I won't forget for a very long time. It's not easy for me to get hit with emotions, and this game found a way to do it to me over and over again.

I’ve taken time away. Almost two weeks. I just found that I wasn’t really happy. So I think when I do come back, I’m gonna hard focus on getting endings C, D, and E for Nier: Automata and go back to Dragon Quest X for a while! I really feel like streaming that was my happy place.

This is how it felt when I stepped outside.

The reoccurring feeling that it feels like I’m on the outside looking in. I feel it often. Sometimes it keeps me awake at night. But even saying this, being transparent about it… Does it even matter or am I just speaking into the void as I struggle to find my place in this world?

I was meant to stream a couple of days this week. However, the more I thought about it, the more my brain just doesn’t want to. Even socializing on Twitch lately is very draining.

And just like that, when I think that I'm slowly getting okay again, depression beats me back down. This is a vicious cycle that I really don't wish on anyone.

Sometimes I feel like it’s hard to share my opinion on things because nobody really cares about them.

Today I finally decided to come out publicly as Ace. It’s something I’ve known for a while, but I just kind of kept it to myself. Saying it out loud instead of just hinting at it felt really good. This year, I’ve been learning to be myself—unapologetically—and honestly, it’s been super refreshing!

The end of today was rough. I’m glad it’s over.
