As someone who wears bifocal glasses, I experience neck strain from constantly moving my head to read multiple screens at high resolutions. I tried reducing the resolution to make everything larger on macOS. And...it's actually working nicely. Who needs mega resolutions for those over 50? LOL

I think this is the first time ever that I have not upgraded my iPhone OS, forced myself to upgrade the iPad and am only running macOS 26 on extra partition instead of upgrading. Still hate glass usability Apple!

My tip of the day if you are upgrading to macOS 26. Consider creating a new APFS partition and installing it on there first to check everything you need works right. Maybe clone existing OS over to it and upgrade just in case.

OK so who's diving in the deep end today with all the Apple OS 26 releases? I'll probably update the iPad since I've been running the beta versions but macOS is still ugly IMO

OK I see that we now have access to add Claude to Xcode 26 RC but do we know when/if Claude code addition is coming? It looks like it's straight Sonnet right now?
