28 MILES!! NEW ALL-TIME PR AND IT WAS WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT?? 5 hours of running (mostly at night). The first 3 hours were amazing and magical. The last 2 hours were hell. I don't know why, but it seems like every time I get to mile 18, my thighs feel AWFUL. Maybe I should run less, but more often?

It was REALLY tough but I pushed myself to run 23 miles today! Super proud of myself :) This is especially gratifying, since last week I had to give up and walk just before the end of this exact route :( On the road to 50!
