I found some (minor) inconsistency in a 20+ year old paper by a prominent researcher. He agreed that there’s an issue, but since the paper is old and the issue is minor - I don’t expect him to correct it. It would’ve been cool if I could just open a pull request and fix it myself, like on Github..

Do “Ghiblified” images have enough information to recreate the original photos (faces in particular) they were derived from? I saw a claim saying Ghiblifying an image is a good way to share a scene without exposing your face. I am not sure its correct, though.

One cool thing about (classical) simulation of quantum systems, is that you sometimes have to ask yourself “am I allowed to know that?”. Kinda like developing a game with “fog of war”, where the computer opponent is unaware of some things even though the application “knows” the entire state.
