Feeling the academia vs parenting struggle at the minute. I’m finding it increasingly tough to find the balance between pushing to progress my research and also having the energy to be a present parent to an emotional toddler (exercising/self care is a whole other ball game). #mumsky

I’d also be interested to see the extent that this also influences the PARENTS’ microbiota and subsequent immunity - since my toddler coughs/sneezes directly in my face at least once a week 🤷‍♀️👩‍🔬
