Just a small burnt bun in flour. My husband tried baking bread himself and spilled a bit of flour, huh Also, the streets are already covered in snow with knee-high drifts. It looks so beautiful, like a quiet winter dream

My husband is feeling a bit better now and needs fewer painkillers, which is good 💖 But my mental health has taken a hit - too much stress has worsened my anxiety disorder. I’m focusing on resting and taking care of myself. As soon as I can, I plan to see my therapist and get medication.

Today my husband had an MRI, and it showed that he has a large hernia in one place and a protrusion in another. The sciatic nerve is severely pinched, which is bad because it could die (I mean the nerve, yes)

I feel terrible asking for help again. I'm used to dealing with everything myself, but this year and its events have been just awful.

But I negotiated with the bank about one of my loans and it seems that I am no longer facing legal action for late payment... Adult life is totally sucks. (Sorry if there are mistakes and inappropriate words in my posts, I don't have the energy to double-check my translator)

All these days I've been running around with my husband to doctors, with no time for anything else. They scared me that it could be venous thrombosis, so we spent even more money on an ultrasound scan of the veins to rule out this diagnosis.

My husband felt pain in his leg at the beginning of last month and went to the emergency room. He was prescribed injections and told to wait for an appointment with a therapist - his appointment was on the 28th.

To be honest, I feel very guilty about having to ask for help so often... But this dark period in my life is not ending.

Had a weekend off yesterday and today, picked up some painting materials and tried them out, it's incredibly relaxing. I've missed it. Drawing still in progress, waiting for the glitter paints to arrive - my work just has to glitter ;3

Lately I've been worrying quite a bit about whether I'm drawing well and feeling guilty about doing it slowly. I feel like I'm not painting beautifully enough right now... Maybe I'm just really tired, but I still have a lot of work to do... meh.

Today is two years since my mom died. To be honest, it's still very hard for me. But I hope she met my dad and she doesn't have any more pain and she is happy there and they are taking care of me from heaven. I love you, mom.

Today I ordered canvases and paints for myself to draw on. I haven't even picked up a pencil in almost 7 years, so I'm so excited! С;

Oh I wish I could afford to get an all new outfit at infinity nikki... They also added a butterfly rerun, I'm crying 😭 But at least I was able to make my Nikki look beautiful!

I'm super lucky - decided to paint my nails for the first time in ages and got an allergic reaction 🫠 Now I'm treating my hands with ointment, they’re itchy and sore. But! I walked in the rain for the first time in a while and had a nice weekend overall ;3

Smokey got her stitches and vest removed - she's healed! She is finally free from the isolation in bedroom 🐱✨ Called the vet about tests too: everything is fine, and no more tons of meds. Yay! С; I'm so happy she's finally doing well 💖

We also reinstalled my computer system, so today will be a day of setting everything up. I don't like to do that, but it will make my work much easier - my computer has been so laggy lately. Also, we fixed the kitchen drain, I paid last month's loan payments and everything is good now 🥰💖

Yesterday we took Smokey for a checkup and they loosened her stitches and said everything is healing well. I'm so happy! 🥰

Our kitchen sink trap just broke off. I’m ready to cry. God, if you’re listening please, enough trials, I’m not your strongest warrior... T.T

Smokey felt strong enough yesterday to break out of her little enclosure - now the whole living room is hers! I was so stressed I slept the whole day, and she thanked me by flipping her litter box 😩 but I’m really glad she’s getting better! 🩷

Smokey update 💕 Her bronchitis is finally gone, and yesterday she had surgery to remove all her bladder stones. She woke up fine, is eating well, and seems okay! There's still inflammation where the biggest stone was, so we're monitoring closely. Hoping meds help! 🙏

I'm really tired, so I'll spell out the details tomorrow, but...Smokey had surgery! We'll go in for another checkup tomorrow and she'll be on an infusion. They removed all the stones from her bladder, but she still has inflammation and the treatment will take longer than we would like 🥹

We were booked in for surgery on the 24th. I hope by then there will be no more reasons to postpone it, because we have been postponing it for several months now. I just want this to be over soon and for Smokey to feel good т.т

You know, I've been rearranging the furniture in my apartment for two years now. It's my mother's apartment, I inherited it (I lived with her), so all the interior design was done to her taste. I never thought it would become mine.

Update on Smokey: We went to the vet yesterday, she was seen and they suggested we postpone the surgery and treat her bronchitis again (yes, it's bothering her again) this time we will try to treat her with inhalations and antihistamines.

I hope to be able to buy this collector's edition someday later, although I think shipping to me would be very expensive. But I can dream с":

I drew it back in 2023, so nostalgic. I've experimented so much in the past, making animated YCH's, blinking avatars, I have a lot of unsold adopts. When I get a chance, I'd like to redraw some of them and find them kind loving hands 🩷
