Dropping by to say that I really fucking like Ghost of Yotei and it fixes almost all my issues with the first game, without sacrificing almost anything from the first. Taking my time with it, but what I've played has been outstanding.

Yeah I think I've done a 180 and have to admit that I don't actually like Blue Prince, which sucks! For a game supposedly revolving around puzzles, there's a concerning *lack* of puzzles. I think I've solved like four or five in six hours gametime? Game feels disrespectful of my time, I think.

I thoroughly understand why Blue Prince got the reviews that it did. It's gorgeous, enthralling, and the intelligence that went into its design is becoming ever more apparent. Unfortunately I may just be too stupid - or have too much of a bad memory - to ever beat it. But I'm so glad it exists.

Watched Captain America: Brave New World yesterday, and while I thoroughly enjoyed it while I was in the cinema I feel like it's suffering from hindsight. The reshoots are absolutely brutal on pacing, the CGI is wobbly, and the plot isn't that interesting. Mackie, Ford, and Carl Lumbly carried.

Coming up to the end of Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, at least in regards to its main story. Quickly approaching the time to start the Frozen Wilds DLC for the first time. Generally having a blast, but reminded how sad it is that Lance Reddick won't see what becomes of Horizon 3 and Aloy.

Pretty blown away by Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered. Put in 10-15 hours this weekend, taking my time with it unlike when I last played it in 2018. These games get some stick, but I do love them. Nixxes did a wonderful job with this remaster.

Of all the good things I'd heard about Alan Wake 2, playing it now I'm shocked that no one mentioned how *brilliant* the music is here. I'm sure some reviews called it out, but it feels like a real highlight in an already great package.
