I was thinking on the way home from gym of changing my surname also. It could be just a knee jerk reaction to my disappointment in my mother, so I'll sit on the thought for a little while or until I send off the paperwork

Training at the gym I was doing a chest press on the Smith Machine. Bar was quite thick and I thought it must have weighed over 20 kgs. Nope! It weighs 11.3kgs because the device takes away a lot of the resistance 😭

I have officially ended my personal training sessions as I am finding motivation again to train on my own. But I credit my trainer for helping me get back in rhythm & Planet Fitness’s no judgement policy. 👊💪
