Don't do your best, or you most, unless it is important to you. Its ok to do enough, stop over extending for things that aren't worth it

Remember your brain is stupid, it listens to the stuff your mouth says way more than the thoughts you think. So stop putting yourself down, be that directly or indirectly, through the words you speak.

Defy a social norm today. Ask a clarifying question and reassure your pet neurotypical that you aren't trying to undermine them.

The words you use to describe yourself are so impactful. Instead of phrases like "oh I'm stupid" try saying what actually happened.

Choose kindness. even if its cause toxic masculinity told you that you have to do things the hard way. It doesnt get much harder than forgiving, being open to acknowledge people can change

Everyone is not out to get you. You're safer than your nervous system thinks. It's ok to relax a little and breath.

its ok to nerd out about things. people that say otherwise are just jealous you're being more authentic than they can. Cut them some slack maybe recommend some reflection.

Hey, if its not for you that's ok. but. don't harsh it for others and maybe reexamine every so often.

I interrupt your scroll to remind you no corporation and very few businesses care about you. brand loyalty is a sham, give that loyalty to your friends instead.

Hey, tell the people close to you whay they mean to you more. Its not cringe or weak.

Being the change you want in others does seem daunting. but you can do it

Opinions only have the worth you give them. This includes your intrusive thoughts'. don't give haters teh time of day, like the ancient millennial proverb goes: Feed not the trolls.

Sometimes its better to be the kind of adult your younger self would have mocked fearfully to their friends in the corner than the one they wanted to be.

If someones out to dull your shine, consider lending a little polish to them. uplift instead of break apart.

Living life non-transactionally will make you happier. Its hard sometimes but its always worth it.

Your disability is not too small for allowances to be made for you. You are not inconveniencing people by making allowances for yourself

Follow your dreams, Live your best life, and other things you'd sew onto a tapestry mean different things for different people. Try to understand what it means to the people around you

Communication is hard, its Ok to double check, reiterate and make sure you understand. its even more Ok to make sure your emotions aren't interfering with your judgment

Change is scary, but no change is scarier, you don't have to embrace everything coming your way but don't scream about the sky falling when your favorite website changes typefaces

If you can't manage the big things, manage their disparate parts. Small things worked on over time add up.

The human brain tends to magnify most things. this includes the feelings and emotions we attach the things. sometimes is good, sometimes is bad. always is worth remember.

Trusting your gut doesn't mean taking your first reaction as canon. Most of the time your first reaction is one of emotion or societal training. keep them in mind but don't let them rule you.

It is ok to be wrong, to be able to admit it is not a sign of weakness. its a sign you're smart enough to be willing to better yourself. you can always learn from your mistakes you can't always learn from your successes

The more you learn about how the world works the more you tend to want to give in to nihilism. That's kinda how its designed. Fight the nihilism use those emotions to be, or at least enable, the change you wanna see.

There is always nuance and context, but its not always your job to provide it. Everyone must do their due diligence.

Finding it within yourself to forgive is one of the hardest things you can do. Because while there are some things that are unforgivable, there are others that you just think are.

Being your best self isn't just aiming to always succeed. its also reflecting on when things don't go to plan and striving for improvement.

Re examine urban legends, old wives tales and other such White people folklore. Actually find their root. some of it sold a grain of truth but other's well, they're enlightening.

Asking for help might be hard. But doing things you need help for with out it is harder.

Sometimes things seem out of reach or unobtainable. In these times it's ok to seek help. It won't make you seem weak or stupid or unworthy. It shows you have the knowledge to know your limits.

As it turns out, science isn't just for scientists. you can use the scientific method in your every day just to be a better person

If you're on a weightloss journey and you end up moving away from a diet, slipping up or taking a day off. Don't feel bad. This kind of thing takes time and the mistakes even out over time. Be nicer to your self, eat healthily for the body AND the mind.

Are you performing self care or are you neglecting something distasteful under the guise of self care? while it applies less to to those of us on the different brain disabilities list it still applies

There's a fine line between living in the past, and learning from it. But I trust in you you can be in the right side of the line

Just because you don't like something doesn't mean it's bad. now, say it back

You could do more to help yourself before helping others. this is not a war you can fight when you're neglecting yourself to make sure others are ok.
