RECORD STORE DAY LINE FAQ * We open at 9am. Last year, folks lined up two hours before, but it could be earlier Saturday. * We have no more than 2 or 3 copies of most titles. * Rain and cold is expected. * Do not hold a spot for a friend. * 10-15 allowed in the store at a time. * Be kind.

Here's our Record Store Day list! We got almost all of the titles we ordered, though we only received 2-3 copies for most of them. RSD details: 1. We open at 9am. 2. One copy per item until Noon. 3. No line holding, please. 4. Concert giveaways at Noon & 3pm. 5. 50% off sale on select records.

Good news: for my birthday, we’re going to Gary Gulman’s show at the Birchmere this Friday, Feb. 21! Bad news: Mojomala will close at 4pm that day so we can make it across the DMV in time to see him.

George Pelecanos, author and writer/producer of HBO’s “the Wire” will be at Mojomala on Sunday, March 9 at 5pm. Free to attend but space is limited!
