We got KT tape and it's really helping my body feels supported and I feel steady for the first time ever 😅

my fitbit fuckin died, I knew it was gonna happen it was just a matter of when and it is now refusing to charge, but it means I can get a pixel watch even if I technically can't afford it but I already had one instance of my pulse being so high and not having my fitbit to check made me panic.

I slept so much today, I'm still tired, but I'm not as weak as I was earlier today, I couldn't even pick up my drink without agony this morning, accepting that this is a part of my life is hard. I need to move to a place without steep AF stairs so I can conserve my energy.
