This week I’ve been up at 6:15 am, nap 4-6pm and sleep by 10:30-10:45pm. I appreciate getting my nearly 10 hours of sleep a day!

The ideal nap time for WFH employees…. 4-6pm Doesn’t disrupt sleep patterns, Enough time to finish most meetings, enough time to prepare dinner and eat by 7pm, and if your team is west coast….you still have a couple hours for them to deliver things you need and respond before COB.
