So now youtube is forcing their dog shit AI dubs on creators whether they like it or not??? What the actual fuck. It seems the only solution now is for users to go into their personal settings and in "playback & performance" check off all the languages they want to hear 💀

Started watching The Water Magician today. Fun little isekai about magic and trying to live a slow life.

One thing I will say after some thought is that as far as AI stuff in games go, don't be an asshole. The big fear i have is that people are gonna start attacking each other over this stuff when the situation isn't so black and white. People are human beings, boycotts are a personal choice.

I'll probably make a post one day with my full feelings on AI. I have a lot of nuanced and semi pseudo intellectual thoughts on the matter. As well as concerns about the industry and community discourse.

Was in self checkout at the store and there were these girls behind me yapping the entire time. It felt super awkward cause all I could think about was how strong the "queen bee/Stacey" accent was but they were talking about comic book stuff. Very jarring lol.

I honestly hate seeing any video about Haiti on YouTube because the comments always just devolve into blatant racism or thinly failed dog whistles. I've known a lot of Haitians irl so stuff like this gets on my nerves.

When I'm sad I pick up my guitar and do some improv. Makes me feel better and takes my mind off of sad stuff. If you're sad pick something up you enjoy and lose yourself in it for a bit.

My beef with AI as an "idea machine" is that it becomes a crutch. Relying on it to think for you just messes with your ability to function without it. It's hard but doing it the old fashioned way will make you more flexible/competent in the long run.

Idk if I'm the only one but I absolutely despise the ps5 controller. It fucks up my hands big time. I'm in the process of getting an adapter that let's me use another controller.

Btw, got that tooth that was messing up my mouth yanked out last week. Worth it, I feel so much better.

I'm like a good 95% done with hades 1. Just doing a couple of the final quests/character stories to get the true ending.
