So I was playing Blasphemous the other day and something I noticed was consistently all it's parts work together to create a strong whole. The art direction, the music, the brutality of the gameplay and light narrative. It really shows the artistic potential of video games.

Getting a bunch of stuff tomorrow, including sky 1st. I'm gonna be hella busy tomorrow though so I won't get to enjoy it right away.

The deed is semi done, sort of. I'm still thinking about what I'm gonna do with the account. I think I'll just private it and call it a day.

Late night thoughts but you know what, i think I'm gonna actually stop using Twitter. After the fuckery that happened today I realized something. It's not just a distraction and a drain on my energy. It's an active threat to my well-being.

i hate the fic vs. books comparison because in only one of those the author is being paid in order to just sit down and write. fics are written for self indulgent reasons, at no cost. no author owes you their fics being “good” or to your taste.
