Gave up watching the Springboks pumping the Pumas. Switched to Scarlets v Munster. I've never understood how Abraham's isn't much more talked about - I think he's incredible 🙌 Munster look exciting, yes there's errors but I think they look really good! & Scarlets don't actually look too bad!

Finally out of hospital (again!). Turns out I now have gallstones too! 1 of them blocked my appendix causing it to rupture, me then getting sepsis & needing emergency surgery 🤦 Anyway look at my gorgeous sunrises I got from my hospital bed 😍😁

I'm sure it's not at all coincidental that 1 of their "shutdowns" is at 1 of 2 entrances into this hospital & starting at a time when handovers begin 🤬 I've been trying to give the incredible staff here at the Royal the heads up as much as I can! Management certainly weren't letting them know 🙄

1 thing I'm actually enjoying about my hospital stay is talking to the staff! & the morphine obvs 😅 I've met staff from so many parts of the globe! We've discussed where they grew up. Why Belfast? Have they had issues here? Have they family here? I've met some fascinating people 😊❤️ (weirdo I know!)

Turns out I was very fortunate as it had already ruptured before I got to the hospital - just none of us knew it 🙈 And I didn't have surgery until 26 hours after I got here 🙊 And i ended up having to have open surgery instead of keyhole 🙈 they found my appendix oozing. I was very very fortunate! 😯❤️

My findings this week - 1. Your appendix can still very much rupture even if you're well past child/teen hood! 2. Self administrative morphine is lovely. 3. The sunrise from the Royal can be beautiful, especially straight after parts 1 & 2 4. The staff have all been incredible ❤️
