I've been playing through Dark Souls 1 for the first time and I'm really impressed by how well it's held up. I thought I'd struggle with it, having played fromsoft's more recent titles, and while the mechanics are obviously not as polished, it's still a lot of fun!

Plants update: my echeveria is struggling hard. I thought I was giving it too much light due to some brown spots forming, but after reducing its light it’s only gotten worse so now I’m thinking I watered it too soon. It’s sitting under a grow light all day now so hoping it recovers!

With generative AI reaching nearly indistinguishable levels, I'm very appreciative of artists that document their process. I've been thinking of how I could do the same with my own work. It's certainly more effort, but transparency will continue to become more and more valuable.
