ohhhh i think i just baked my best batch of ffxiv coffee biscuits yet out of uh.. 7-ish total that i baked over the last three years. they're perfectly crispy outside and soft and a bit chewy inside. also trippling the amount of espresso powder and doubling water made them so much tastier (imo)
