↻ Bartlow Road roundabout in #Linton opened 18 months ago. 🚗 It’s made journeys safer by reducing accident risk and the junction is easier to use. 🚲 We designed for safety first: drivers, cyclists and pedestrians now benefit from calmer and more predictable journeys.

Because of the roadworks @greatercambs.bsky.social is carrying out to improve safety at the Addenbrooke's junction, we have temporarily moved Anna's ghost bike memorial to the other side of the path in collaboration with @cuh.nhs.uk. The cycle will be in this position for around 15 weeks.

🚲 We’re working with @camcycle.bsky.social and @cambridgebiocampus.bsky.social to temporarily move the memorial bike at Addenbrooke’s roundabout to a safe location. It will be relocated to the other side of Addenbrooke’s roundabout while work progresses.

🌿 This week, we held a community event to celebrate the active travel path connecting Melbourn and Meldreth as part of the #Melbourn Greenway. 🚲🚶The path has been used by hundreds of residents, better connecting them with local schools, places of work and the railway station.
