Art updates 1/3 The synth wyvern project ended early because robots are tough to draw. Regular synths are way easier because their body can be drawn like any organic creature, but I want my robots to look like robots and that means a rigid exterior with gaps, which means a shitload of details.

Art updates 2/3 I started working on a first-person view drawing to get into more interesting perspectives. It's intended to be a panel on a TF sequence which shows the moment of waking up. I got a bit sidetracked by shading practice (update 3) so this is not the final drawing.

Art updates 3/3 I had trouble shading the previous drawing, so I went back to my ref sheet and practiced shading there. I also had some ideas to improve my fur and anatomy. I'm also using this opportunity to update the character design.
