I genuinely didn't think that it was such a controversial opinion that the mafia is not an "aesthetic", but is in fact a criminal organisation that exploits, tortures, and kills people, and that maybe, just maybe, when narrating it, we should be mindful of its devastating impact on entire nations.

The discussion around turn based games right now is so interesting to me because I absolutely did not play Baldur's Gate 3 or Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 for the turn based combat. I played these games for their heavy narratives and character driven stories, which is the most important part to me.

Eternal Strands was such an amazing surprise this year after all the heartbreak. It's a great game. I was surprised by the good writing and the exceptional voice acting. Such a gem. I suck at it, obviously, but when I'm not having my ass handed to me, I'm enjoying it greatly.

As an Italian, I personally feel attacked whenever my phone's autocorrect changes Lucanis to Lucania and I have to go back and fix it. We're not trying to write smut about a region here, thank you very much.

I wish I could go back and play Veilguard but I basically stare at the icon and be like "maybe tomorrow I'll have the strength". The reality is that it triggered me so bad that I'm terrified it might happen again and will have to lose precious real life time and energy to pick myself back up.

As someone with trauma induced aphantasia THIS. It's difficult sometimes but definitely worth the effort!
